GROUP EVENT AT VERMILION LOCATION

I was writing to make a reservation for 35-40 people for Friday, August 18, 2023 for the Vermilion High School Class of 1973 50-year Reunion gathering. I did speak to someone last week at the Vermilion restaurant and he took down the information and said he would pass it along to the Manager at the Vermilion location.

We had our reunion gathering at this location 5 years ago and everyone loved it!

I would like some kind of confirmation that we can get seating for our gathering and a meal (each self pay) starting at 5 p.m.

until about 9 p.m. We would like the south end of the upstairs inside dining room (south of the bar). Some of our guests may choose to sit outside on the dock patio or at the outside bar.

I would like some kind of confirmation that we have a "reservation" for the area as noted for Friday, August 18, 2023.

How do I report a store an management team to the corporate office

I’ve visited the quaker steak and lube in Raphine Virginia on February 3, 2023. The total of my purchase was $109 when we got to the home because this was a pick up order we began to eat, and we noticed that our burgers were over cooked it was not the burger that we ordered. We did not receive our sides. I called and made a complaint and she refunded half of my money, so she said our total then was $57.97. My credit card was charged 57.97 on February 3 and then again on February 6 Raphine quaker steak and lube charge my debit card again $100.96. The original total of our bill, so now there are two charges on my debit card for a meal at Quaker steak and lube now this takes the total for one meal $158.93. This was drawn off of my debit card. So this one meal that the burgers were over cooked they were made wrong. We didn’t have our side dishes. And I was overcharged after I was told I was getting half refunded. I called the Raphine store because I was really upset. My money that is in my account is down to slim to none the store manager I called February 6 when the second charge was charged to my debit card an I hadn’t been there I was informed that there was nothing that he could do about it that I had to take care of it with my bank. I have several pictures of my statement where it was taken out of my account both charges and because I had to contact my bank they gave me back the one charge $.100.96 that was charged on February 6 because I told them I did visit the restaurant on February 3. And I had to dispute the charge through my bank and they will get their money back so I wouldn’t be in a bind. I would like to know who I am able to speak to with concerning this matter because of the way the Raphine store him handle this matter should be brought to corporate attention. Insubordinate and safe and dirty

Ever since Ive been working there I have been having problems with management I am not one of the best but I come probably third of fourth of the best cooks yall may have hadAnd I have gave nothing but the upmost highest respect to those they are in the management position even my coworkers I ask a few simple questions but yet they get rude and disrespectful are used to clean thoroughly through everything and make it was clean and I have gave nothing but the upmost highest respect to those they are in the management position even my coworkers I ask a few simple questions but yet they get rude and disrespectful are used to clean thoroughly through everything and make sure the next morning it was clean for the Next shift that was coming on and basically all they want to do is cover up the mistakes it dont be clean food dont be stacked up to where it needs to be so we dont have to leave the line everybody is all corrupt it up there yes the customers may be right but all customers aint right and the big manager over quaker steak and lube chooses racism and skin Over respect and unity to make the job more efficient

On Sept 6, 2019 at the Quaker Steak in Sulphur LA, we had dinner. they were not busy at all. Seated by 6:00, ordered by 6:45. while waiting on food and DRINKS. The entire staff was arguing and fighting in front of all the customers. The bartender refused to make drinks for servers and let it known she WAS NOT making any drinks. People had food and the table next to us after 30 minutes of being told by waitress their drinks were on the way finally got them and they had already eaten all their food. our food came out by 7:30, nothing was hot, my daughter ordered ribs that were so salty she could not eat them. The wings were cold. I asked after so much time to please cancel our order if it wasn't even being tended to, they finally after 15 more minutes came out with the food that must have been sitting up because it was all cold. Also ran out of bone in wings and fries. After an $80 food bill, and leaving hungry, was never going back. Low and behold the next day I pass and a big CLOSED sign on the building. Come to find out it apparently was closing already. So upset to spend that kind of money and watch a staff fight and cuss ….. GLAD IT'S CLOSED

on july 7th, 7 of us went to the location in Sevierville tn to celebrate my sons 18th birthday. we got seated right away as they were not busy at all.

received our drinks and appitizers quickly. waitress said she turned in our dinner options when she delievered the appitzers. now we waited 45 minutes yes 45 minutes for our food. in the meantime another table of 7 seated after us ate their sppitzers and main course and was waiting on their check to leave, 2 other tables of four that sat after us had their food, and a table of 5 seated while we were waiting for out food to come out, the waitress came by twice and said she has checked the window and our food isn't up yet.

I got up and went to front counter to complain and they said hold on they will get a manager to speak to me. well evidently the managers are ghost they never showed up. finally we got our food, my order was completely wrong period, don't know whos order that was, my daughters, her fiancé and my wifes food was cold as cold cuts, except the fries and they were hot. my granddaughters food was fine as my other daughters and my sons.

now a lady who said she was the co manager popped up after we asked the waitress for a manager to complain about the food. her reply was well they got behind on fires, no explanation on why others ate and we hadn't. she also said if want to eat the food just like it is she will take 20 percent off. she also acted like we were annoying her because we were complaining.

we told her to take the meals back that we were not going eat and take them off our bill. she then snatched the ticket and said fine and walked off.

she was very unprofessional and down right rude about everything only saying there is nothing she can do. never again will me or anyone I know visit this dump again

I ordered a steak at the price of $19....and it was a very tough cut of meat with too much fat. I told my waitress and then spoke to the manager. She gave me a coupon for a free appetizer on my next visit. I feel the price of the steak should have been taken off my bill. My husband and myself eat at this restaurant often and now I know why I always order a chicken dish . I must say that the service is always excellent & the staff is pleasant. Thank you.

Just experienced the worst service ive ever recieved. From any restaurant. It started with a waitress that wasn't attentive at all. We arrived at 820 in the evening. By 850 we finally had all our drinks and had ordered apps and our meals. At 9 our waitress comes up questioning us on why we complained about not getting our drinks. Which we didnt do. Then at 915 she comes back and while laughing procedes to tell us our apps went to another table. At this time we requested to speak with the manager. Who proceded to treat us rudely. During this conversatiion the waitress then attempts to argue with us. At this time we requested another waitress. Which didnt happen. She then came back and attempted to tell us we had no choice she was going to be our waitress. We again asked to speak with the manager who come out, got extremely rude with us, and told us we shouldn't berate his employees. I attempted to request his name and corporate number and he walked away. At this time another waitress yelled at us to stop being rude to the staff. So our food shows up, missing many items. So we proceeded to eat and with the help of another waitress got everything. That should've been the end of it until 3 waitress kept talking loudly about us. We once again requested to see management. Another lady comes over and before we could say a word she starts yelling at us about treating her waitresses badly and to get out. We attempted to speak to her about what happened and she then threatened to call police.

Eating disorder not adhered to by staff member

I just returned home from eating at the Quaker Steak and Lube in colerain, Ohio. I had called earlier—speaking toBJ the manager telling him I had IBS with horrible allergic reaction to garlic and onion—- no marinade, seasoning, touching previously cooked seasoned grill or utensils etc. he said no problem— tell them no seasoning on non-marinaded chicken sandwich and toast bun with no seasoning. Order fries with no seasoning. Which I did with someone who was supposedly kitchen oriented. After three “dumb bites “ of sandwich determined that the bun must have been cooked on grill that had previously cooked seasoned food or indeed it was seasoned. Fries also had been seasoned. This is a very serious matter to those patrons with eating issues. Now I will be sick in bed for the next 3-4 days waiting for this to pass b/c of someone’s lack of concern . Sincerely Jane Lee

We went to the portage Quaker steak and lube asked for mahi-mahi tacos receive code fish instead of Mahi. They did take it off our bill. But when discuss this with the manager she just acted like she was the pier. Will never go there again. Thank God I wasn’t allergic to codfish .

Visted the mechanicsburg pa place on monday 2 april 2018 they stuck us in the far corner of the place. The service was poor at best, food can out cold, and that night i spent on the tolet *** out my but.

Tonight my family and I went to the Quaker steak in mentor ohio, we got there at 9:00pm and 11:30 we walked out, we ordered the all you can eat wings , in that long span of time we only got three sets of wings, I asked for water three times and never got it, the third set of wings were horrible, terrible man, the worst service I’ve ever encountered anywhere, i will never eat at any Quaker steak ever again

We had ordered appetizers and got no plates then when they brought them they brought 4 and there were 5 of us eating. Then our dinner came and my granddaughter's grilled cheese sandwich was burnt up. She ate part of it bc she thought that no one would believe her from your store. So they cooked another and she ate it. No discount, nothing. The server never offered refills on drinks and when I asked the server who was working with our server Kristen. He didn't get the manager instead he got our server who was the problem. A different Mgr requested drink refills for us. Then I asked for a check and a box. We got the box and no check. So finally we got our check and she took over 10 minutes to process it. And the restaurant wasn't busy. This was horrible to say the least. And no one available from corporate ever.

Quaker Steak And Lube - Cod Fish Review

Had dinner tonight at QSL. Will not go back ever. ORDERED Blackened Cod with bourbon beans and mac and cheese. About $11.50 for meal. The only problem I had was the cod. about 3 ounces( 3 small pieces). My wife ordered the same cod and got the same amount, 3 ounces. The whole table said, You got the bait, not the Cod. Will never go back only spread the word, It's a rip off place, eat elsewhere for a good meal.

My family and I were at the medina location and we had a very bad waitress. Her name was Whitney and she was really rude. No respect what so ever. We would be talking to her and she would just turn and leave. She gave my 15 year old son a kids cup of water( really) but my 11 year old a adult cup of water. She messed u our order and then asked if we wanted refills after we were gone with food. We will never go back there again
